DVIGear Policies

Privacy Policy:
DVIGear does not sell or release to any company or organization email addresses or other personal information about its customers. DVIGear may, from time to time, communicate with its customers regarding promotions, programs or surveys. Customers have the opportunity to opt out of such communications at their discretion.

Third-Party Web Beacons: We use third-party web beacons from Yahoo! to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website. Yahoo! may also use anonymous information about your visits to this and other websites in order to improve its products and services and provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Return and Exchange Policy:
DVIGear products are designed and manufactured for the highest quality and performance. If, for any reason, our products fail to give you complete satisfaction, we will be happy to accommodate your request for an exchange or return, provided your request is made within 30 days from the date we shipped the products to you. Products may not be returned for credit past this 30 day period. Please note that custom cables and special order items are non-refundable.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge, unless the return is required as the result of our error, or the item is returned for warranty replacement. For returns and replacements under warranty, please see DVIGearís Warranty Policy. DVIGear may assess a restocking greater than 10%, or may decline the return altogether, if the items are returned damaged, incomplete or otherwise in less than new condition. DVIGear will waive the restocking charge if, at the time the return is requested, you purchase an item of equal or greater value.

To request an exchange or to return a product, please call or email us with the following information:

  1. Your original order number for the products
  2. Model numbers / descriptions for the products you would like to exchange or return
  3. Reason why you are requesting the exchange or return

We will respond to your request within one (1) business day. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please be sure to write this RMA number prominently on your return shipping label. Please ensure that the products are returned in the original packaging, or overpacked in a separate box as necessary. The shipping address for all exchanges and returns is:

Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be provided, less the restocking charge and the original outbound shipping expenses.

DVIGear Limited Warranty Policy

LIMITED WARRANTY Ė Subject to the limitations stated below, DVIGear warrants that the products it sells will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Should the product, in DVIGearís opinion, prove defective within the warranty period stated above, DVIGear, at its option, will repair or replace this product without charge. Any defective parts replaced become the property of DVIGear. This warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged due to accident, unauthorized alterations, improper repair, modifications, inadequate maintenance and care, or use in any manner for which the product was not intended.

If repairs are necessary under this warranty policy, the original purchaser must obtain a Return Authorization Number from DVIGear and return the product freight prepaid to a location designated by DVIGear. After repairs are complete, the product will be returned, freight prepaid.

The foregoing warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty given by DVIGear, express or implied, and DVIGear disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.

LIMITATIONS - The liability of DVIGear with respect to any defective products will be limited to the repair or replacement of such products. In no event shall DVIGear be responsible or liable for any damage arising from the use of such defective products, including but not limited to loss of use, revenue or profit, whether such damages are direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise and whether such damages are incurred by the reseller, end-user, or any third-party.

Support Policy:
DVIGear provides free pre-sales support for all digital connectivity (DVI, HDMI, etc.) applications. DVIGear also provides free post-sales installation and service support for all of its products regardless of their warranty status. If you have any questions or need help, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped complete unless otherwise specified. If we are out of stock of an item you ordered, we will contact you via email to give you an estimated ship date for all back ordered items. All products are shipped via UPS ground service unless otherwise specified at the time of order placement. Upon request, we can ship and bill your shipment using your preferred carrier (UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, etc.), provided you supply us with a valid account number for that carrier. At time of shipment we will email you a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Payment Policy:
We accept most major credit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payment by bank wire transfer. Please contact us by email at sales@dvigear.com, or by phone at 770.421.6699 for wire transfer instructions.

Net 30-day open account payment terms are available upon request based on prior credit approval and the completion of a minimum of at least three (3) credit card or prepaid transactions. Please contact DVIGear for a credit application if open account payment terms are needed.
